Our Facilities
Trittis Sports & Leisure Center is a small oasis. The facilities of the Center are in full compliance with all health and safety standards, satisfying the requirements of both children and adults.

The pool area is kept warm in the winter, with its temperature ranging at 31°. - Pool water
Pool water is cleaned using copper and active oxygen, in accordance with international standards for the protection of children and adult swimmers. This system, avoids the use of chlorine and its negative consequences to humans and the environment. - Water equipment and other accessories
Every programme is unique by the use of special water equipment such as bikes/ treadmills/ water trampoline, special water weights for the legs and arms etc. - Comfortable changing rooms (including rooms for infants and toddlers)

The experienced team of Trittis Sports & Leisure Center comprises of professional teachers and certified instructors, holders of degrees in physical education, who provide a safe learning and training environment as well as personalised guidance in the water, according to your requirements. There is direct collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists and dieticians who offer specialised services.
Stalo Tritti, graduate of the Old Dominion University of the USA and holder of a BSc in Physical Education, Minor in Marketing and Management, is the person in charge, coordinator and instructor at the Center since 1995. Thanks to her love for sports and swimming, in conjunction with her innovative ideas, Trittis Sports & Leisure Center is a leading establishment and unique in the field of swimming. She has been the first instructor to bring the baby swimming programme and aqua training in Cyprus. She is the sole accredited instructor of baby, infant and special swimming training of the international training organisation called BirthLight (Cambridge, UK), which is one of the most accredited and leading organisations in the world. In addition, Stalo [among only four other instructors internationally], has been selected to represent Birthlight in her capacity of tutor (instructor) at an international level, what is a significant distinction for the Center and a guarantee for the high quality of services offered.
